Microsleep

I am one of those who suffer from Micro Sleep problem. Especially when riding a motorcycle or driving a car alone. Alhamdulillah, until now, I have not been involved in an accident due to micro sleep. What is micro sleep?, it can be understood as a state where the brain begins to rest or sleep while the eyes, hands and feet are still active. Among the causes of micro sleep is the problem of not sleeping enough so that the brain is still tired. It is understood that micro sleep is one of the causes of accidents that take lives in Malaysia. In fact, I am not the only one experiencing this problem because my brother and uncle also experience it, especially when driving. I accompanied my uncle to drive to his workplace. While chatting briskly, my uncle suddenly became silent. When I tried to see the uncle who was driving, he was already asleep. Fortunately, I managed to wake up my uncle before the accident happened. It's just that I think my uncle is suffering from micro sleep not beca

CNY - Rabbit Year

This week, is the Chinese New Year celebration week for the Chinese community in Malaysia. The public holiday is on Sunday, which means that the public holiday period is until Tuesday for several states in Malaysia. This year according to the Chinese calendar, is the year of the rabbit. I don't know the meaning behind the year of the rabbit. The most important thing is that festive holidays such as the Chinese New Year are a time awaited for Malaysians to take the opportunity to go back to the village or hold a wedding ceremony. Every time any festival is celebrated, the state of Kelantan must be the focus of traffic reports because the number of vehicles entering the state of Kelantan increases by a large amount. Similarly this time, it actually brings profit to small entrepreneur in the state of Kelantan who previously saw a slight decrease in sales. In addition, only during the festival, we have the opportunity to gather together with other family members. Only with the condit

Dobi Self-Service

Rutin baru. Cuma kelebihan men

Corporate Social Responsibility

Last Sunday in 8 January 2023. I received a call from a nearby bank to attend a donation ceremony by the bank to flood victims. A total of 15 flood victims were selected. Alhamdulillah, there are people who sympathized with me and my family when we were hit by a disaster. Indeed, during the flood disaster this time, we did not get a single contribution, not even from the newly elected members of parliament. I really appreciate the effort carried out by the local bank, which is willing to make a small contribution. It is hoped that more private parties will contribute in the same way that the banks have. In the Ketereh parliamentary constituency, the average contributors are those from non-governmental organization's (NGOs) and political parties. The number of victims who receive flood aid is sometimes limited, depending on the finances of the parties involved. Where is the mistake? My neighborhood is becoming increasingly flooded. Every time it happens, it involves property d

The 10th day of 2023

The year 2023 has entered its 10th day, and many things are happening, especially in the country. in terms of politics or society. The most interesting thing about politics is the turmoil that happened in the state of Sabah. as if the situation of the previous year had happened again. There is no need to find out who caused it because it is so obvious. The world seems to be facing a pandemic again. Of course, it is very worrying for all of us because the previous effects are still felt. What if it happens again? The government started again to hold an additional vaccination campaign for the people. Until when must the situation be faced? From an economic point of view, it is said that the value of OPR will increase again. It must have a direct impact on people, especially those in the B40 group and below. I am trying to see and understand the government's further actions in helping the people face the economic recession that is predicted to happen in 2023. Although 2023 is on

New Year 2023

Once again, we were given the opportunity to celebrate the new year in an atmosphere of peace and harmony. While at the same time, there are countries that celebrate the new year in the midst of a war or humanitarian conflict that never stops. Usually, the New Year's celebration is enlivened with giant fireworks in several focal locations. But this time, the new year is celebrated with spiritual programs. Perhaps such a way of celebrating is the best, given that 2023 is predicted to be a year full of challenges, especially in terms of the economy. Is the country able to face the challenges that will happen? This new year is also filled with news reports regarding the possibility of an increase in Corona virus cases around the world, including Malaysia. Is the same conflict going to happen again, facing economic and health conflicts? A new year means that humans are getting older. I am now 40 years old. At this age, my level of achievement in life can still be considered lacki
