  Today begins the assessment of the 100-day KPI for the newly sworn -in Cabinet. In my opinion, Malaysians must want to see what reforms will be brought by each member of the Cabinet.  Is the result still the same as before or is there a difference that Malaysians expect ?. I am still disappointed with the list of appointed Cabinet Ministers. Still, I have to accept because it is destiny that determines they still hold power despite the many mistakes they have made and the people find it difficult to accept.  I pray that these power holders, will be better in ensuring the welfare of the people continues to be protected. The fact that everyone is aware, no matter how great we are in this world.  One day we will die and as a Muslim. Every moment on earth we must be responsible. I believe that every individual around the world. Expect something from a leaders of country, something capable of helping the people out of the health and economic crisis.   Each of us definitely has a new cabinet in the house after the old one is no longer useful and should be discarded. Not only the old cabinets are discarded but all the equipment in them is also discarded because it can be said that 70% -80% are no longer functional or useful to be stored. So personally I feel it weird if a new cabinet is purchased but still keeps something useless and inconvenient. Malaysia is now officially led by the 9th Prime Minister. After the riddle of who will be the 9th Prime Minister after the 8th Prime Minister resigned was answered.   Last Sunday, my mother was scheduled to receive a 2nd dose injection of the vaccine. Located at MDK Ketereh Hall, close to my residence. The time set at 10.30am, we went early to get an injection. Setelah sekian lama menanti, akhirnya pemilik bagi semua jenis kenderaan dapat memperbaharui cukai jalan yang sekian lama tertunda disebabkan pandemik. Walaupun pemilik sebelum ini, tidak dapat memperbaharui cukai jalan. Mereka masih dikehendaki untuk memperbaharui insuran kenderaan terlebih dahulu. Menjadi kebiasaan untuk aku, memperbaharui cukai jalanraya di Pejabat Pos yang berdekatan. Sistem yang sekian lama diamalkan, namun disebabkan pandemik. Segalanya mula berubah apabila setiap pemilik kenderaan yang ingin memperbaharui cukai jalan harus terlebih dahulu membuat temujanji melalui aplikasi yang khusus. Mujur, kakitangan pejabat pos Ketereh, sudi membantu aku untuk membuat temujanji melalui telefon pintarnya. Tempahan dilakukan berdasarkan kekosongan slot temujanji.   Berdasarkan data terkini, negeri Kelantan mencatatkan jumlah pesakit COVID-19 sebanyak 1284 pesakit  bagi  11 Ogos 2021 . Satu nilai yang sangat menakutkan kepada semua pihak. Bagaimana negeri Kelantan yang sebelum ini hanya mencatatkan jumlah jangkitan setiap hari pada nilai 2 digit, kini semakin melonjat tinggi jumlah jangkitannya. Aku bukan seorang yang ahli dalam bidang kesihatan, namun  hal bab menghadapi Pandemik COVID-19. Ia lebih tertumpu kepada bagaimana pengurusan pihak berkuasa dalam menangani sesuatu penularan tersebut. Maka semua pihak berhak memberi pendapat atau idea dalam menguruskan masalah pandemik ini.  Persoalan utama yang harus diperkatakan ialah bilakah bermulanya situasi peningkatan kes COVID-19 mendadak di Kelantan?.   Aku ketika ini, masih lagi menanti tarikh temujanji untuk menerima suntikan vaksinasi untuk suntikan pertama. Pada awalnya, aku bersikap tidak ambil kisah bila tarikh tersebut akan diberikan. Namun apabila memasuki bulan Ogos, aku daftar bulan 5. Itu bermakna aku berada dalam tempoh menunggu hampir 4 bulan. Di manakah silapnya?, sehinggakan aku harus menunggu dalam tempoh yang agak lama pada pendapat aku. Berdasarkan portal  VAKSINCOVID . Kelantan mencatatkan jumlah pendaftaran program imunisasi sebanyak 824,734 orang dengan peratusan sebanyak 66.8% . Manakala bagi jumlah rakyat Kelantan yang telah menerima suntikan dos pertama sebanyak 543,760 orang dengan peratusan sebanyak 28.5% . Pada pendapat aku, kadar pendaftaran yang rendah dengan kadar suntikan yang sama rendah. Mengapa tempoh menunggu harus lama?. Bukankah Kelantan harus meningkatkan kadar suntikan walaupun kadar pendaftaran rendah?. Menurut portal  COVID-19 MALAYSIA , nilai kadar kebolehjangkitan di Kelantan ialah 1.25 (
