The love story elderly

 Indeed, the story of love in human life exists regardless of age, race or religion. Do not look at how the beginning because it must be filled with a sweet story but look at the end of a love story, whether it ends with happiness or otherwise. Usually love stories exist as early as childhood, that's for sure only the last love story is different because it depends on the choice.

I am interested in the love story of a couple who are over 50 years old. Of course it is very interesting because not everyone is able to create their new love story at such an age. The socio -culture of the nation also influences this situation or love story, the socio -culture of western countries must be very different from the socio -cultural of eastern countries such as Malaysia.

Among the characters of this elderly love story. Some have lived single from young to old, have now met a life partner, some have lost their husbands or wives or have been divorced for a long time and have now met a new partner to spend the rest of their lives together. Most interestingly, the cost for a wedding of this elderly love story is very affordable compared to the wedding of a young couple. There are elderly couples who only spend hundreds of dollars for a wedding, even if they can afford to spend more.

When there is a marriage of two parents, I wonder how the acceptance of children ?. Maybe because the children of these elderly people have grown up, then they don't care if their father or mother remarries in old age, maybe they don't have to worry about who will take care of their mother or father.

It is not wrong to make love in old age and then get married, it is not wrong in terms of religion. It’s just that it might invite a cynical voice from the local community, which is why I say this elderly love story has a difference in societal culture. Only sometimes, I personally feel amused to see the antics of this elderly couple in love, like a young couple in love. Good things should be done immediately, worrying that they will invite criticism from the public as well.

Usually when it comes to the love story of the elderly, it is related to the period that is if the husband or wife whose spouse dies, must wait a certain period to allow the husband or wife to remarry. But the love story of the elderly does not involve all the elderly. Some are loyal to their spouse even after death. Never want to find a new partner as a replacement. Whatever it depends on the will, is this new couple better than the previous couple or vice versa ?.

Islam itself does not prevent its people from getting married again even in old age, just let the marriage be able to benefit the couple, especially in terms of worship. The love story of the elderly is a very interesting story to be told in more depth, only if it is too deep to worry about opening another story that should not be. I thought, will my wife find a replacement if I die before her? ….. I forgot that I am not married yet.

AKU PELAJAR PENGAJIAN MEDIA,

Walaupun telah lama aku tinggalkan Universiti Malaya, terutama Jabatan Pengajian Media, masih ada kenangan yang terpahat dalam ingatan. Pelbagai kisah tidak tercatat tetapi di coret dalam kamus hidup aku. Setelah melaporkan diri di Kolej Kediaman Ke-7, aku mempunyai tempoh 1-2 minggu untuk menentukan Subjek Major & Minor bagi melengkapkan Ijazah Sarjan Muda nanti.   Pada mulanya aku berminat pada Pengajian Hubungan Antarabangsa & Strategik sebagai subjek major.  Namun pada hari pertama masuk kelas pengenalan, lecture terus bagi assignment yang lebih fokus kepada undang-undang antarabangsa, membuatkan aku terasa takut sangat dengan beban bakal aku pikul nanti. Lagipun aku bukan dalam kategori pelajar pintar seperti orang lain. BAGAIMANA MENJADI TELEMARKETING?

Aku ingin kongsi pengalaman bekerja sebagai Telemarketing bagi sebuah Institusi Pendidikan di bandar Kota Bharu, seingat aku sekitar tahun 2008. Walaupun bekerja atas nama status kontrak, ia memberi pengalaman baru kepada aku, secara peribadi.Maklumlah budak pengajian media dari Universiti Malaya tiba-tiba jadi budak marketing. Apabila aku tamat latihan "on job training" di sebuah GLC yang base di Airports Subang pada tahun 2007. Aku mengambil keputusan balik kampung untuk menjaga ibu yang kini tinggal seorang setelah kematian abah. Aku mengambil inisiatif menghantar resume ke seluruh institusi atau organisasi yang dirasakan sesuai di sekitar Kota Bharu pada awal tahun 2008. Salah sebuah organisasi yang aku hantar permohonan terbuka telah menghubungi aku untuk hadir ke sesi temuduga yang aku tidak mengetahui apa jawatannya.
