Drugs in society

Among the major social problems in the community. Definitely DRUG ADDICTION, a social problem that has never found a solution point. In fact, it is like a heritage because there are definitely those who are involved from various ages in a society.

How do you feel if you are in a group or community where the problem of drug addiction always exists and even inherited from generation to generation ?. There are even parents who do not help their children stop from getting involved with drug addiction, instead hide or protect their children from the relevant authorities.

The District Health Clinic has never stopped being visited by drug addicts who want to seek treatment to overcome their addiction. Every time I try to get a supply of mother medicine, every time I also come across this group. The issue of drug addiction in society. for example in my residential area is an issue that is never resolved. From my childhood until now. Although most drug addicts I know have died of overdoses. There continues to be a new generation continuing the billing.

Just start from choosing the wrong friends, then learn to smoke cigarettes. Slowly the attitude will change when the wrongly chosen friend will introduce new things to try. When I was a child, this group began to learn to addicted by sniffing glue. Then switch to marijuana then switch to drug injections into the body.

Teenagers now, from smoking then began to learn to drink KETUM water mixed with cough medicine and carbonated drinks. Then turn to pill -shaped drug addiction. I'm just weird, how can a group of addicts like that so easily get a supply of drugs in the form of this pill.

When young people in a society start getting stuck with drug addiction. Problem after problem will arise because, to overcome addiction. Addicts have to keep taking drugs and it takes money to get them. An easy way to earn money, of course from your own family members. As a result, many reported cases of  killing family members for money. When investigated, the suspect was a drug addict.

Criminal activities began to take place without the slightest fear. This is because the effects of the addiction are painful and the addict eliminates it by taking the drug. that's why fear disappears, for the sake of money.

The fact is that a drug addict needs a lot of money and never enough to satisfy his addictive cravings. The saddest thing is when it happens to members of society who are poor or living hard lives. Parents work day and night to earn money, while children at home waste their lives with drug addiction.

Probably because this group of addicts has always existed and from generation to generation. Then another party dares to be its supplier despite knowing that the punishment awaits if caught in DEATH. Because lust has covered up that fear when knowing the value of money earned from THIS ILLEGAL activity.

I think the problem of drug addiction in society. It will not end until any time even if the government has done everything it can in terms of punishment, treatment and anything related. This is because the parents of drug addicts themselves are the cause of the problem of addiction in society continues to exist.

AKU PELAJAR PENGAJIAN MEDIA,

Walaupun telah lama aku tinggalkan Universiti Malaya, terutama Jabatan Pengajian Media, masih ada kenangan yang terpahat dalam ingatan. Pelbagai kisah tidak tercatat tetapi di coret dalam kamus hidup aku. Setelah melaporkan diri di Kolej Kediaman Ke-7, aku mempunyai tempoh 1-2 minggu untuk menentukan Subjek Major & Minor bagi melengkapkan Ijazah Sarjan Muda nanti.   Pada mulanya aku berminat pada Pengajian Hubungan Antarabangsa & Strategik sebagai subjek major.  Namun pada hari pertama masuk kelas pengenalan, lecture terus bagi assignment yang lebih fokus kepada undang-undang antarabangsa, membuatkan aku terasa takut sangat dengan beban bakal aku pikul nanti. Lagipun aku bukan dalam kategori pelajar pintar seperti orang lain. BAGAIMANA MENJADI TELEMARKETING?

Aku ingin kongsi pengalaman bekerja sebagai Telemarketing bagi sebuah Institusi Pendidikan di bandar Kota Bharu, seingat aku sekitar tahun 2008. Walaupun bekerja atas nama status kontrak, ia memberi pengalaman baru kepada aku, secara peribadi.Maklumlah budak pengajian media dari Universiti Malaya tiba-tiba jadi budak marketing. Apabila aku tamat latihan "on job training" di sebuah GLC yang base di Airports Subang pada tahun 2007. Aku mengambil keputusan balik kampung untuk menjaga ibu yang kini tinggal seorang setelah kematian abah. Aku mengambil inisiatif menghantar resume ke seluruh institusi atau organisasi yang dirasakan sesuai di sekitar Kota Bharu pada awal tahun 2008. Salah sebuah organisasi yang aku hantar permohonan terbuka telah menghubungi aku untuk hadir ke sesi temuduga yang aku tidak mengetahui apa jawatannya.
