Did you eat breakfast?

Each of us definitely needs to eat to gain energy to continue our daily activities. Usually, we will eat at least 3 times a day in the morning, noon and night. I want to tell you about one of the times that has become a habit for all of us to enjoy food, which is breakfast in the morning.

Why breakfast ?, to me, this time is a very interesting time for us to see and evaluate someone because breakfast time is the time of the beginning of a new life in a new day for all of us. In Malaysia, it is one of the most interesting countries in my opinion when it comes to breakfast.

In Malaysia, there are various food menus available to choose from. Among the menu that is the main choice is nasi lemak or roti canai or ready -made fried foods. But there are also those who like to eat breakfast from fast food. Believe it or not, many nasi lemak sellers are able to live comfortably by only selling nasi lemak in the morning at a price of around RM2 - RM5 depending on the type of dish taken. If a packet of nasi lemak costs RM 2 and every morning the number of packets sold out is around 100 - 200 packs. We can imagine how much the seller's net profit.

When we have breakfast, it is best to eat while cursing someone and that habit that occurs in society regardless of where, whether it is office workers or village work. Sometimes we don’t realize that breakfast time takes longer than lunch and dinner time. To me, it's something mysterious about breakfast.

For those who work in the office. Most of them like to have breakfast in stalls that are hidden from the sight of others. In contrast to lunch and dinner times. More hidden more and more customers will eat at the stall. Apart from that, some people like to have breakfast at a stall that is far from the office location because they can come in late and the price charged is cheaper.

Those who used to have breakfast in Kelantan will be surprised when they have breakfast in Kuala Lumpur. Why ?, cost factor because breakfast in Kuala Lumpur is more expensive than breakfast in Kelantan. The matter was shared by my former superior officer who had lived in Kuala Lumpur or Putrajaya before returning to Kelantan.

Some even eat breakfast with a glass of plain water only because they want to save money for family needs. Fortunately, there are officers who understand and often invite us to have breakfast together. Even just a slice of roti canai and a glass of teh tarik. That is the story of breakfast in Malaysia based on my personal experience.
