How are you teacher?

 Currently, the school session for Secondary School students has not yet started. When it starts later, the traffic congestion in the morning will definitely double than usual. Not only the students need to be prepared but the parents as well.

In schools, teachers are not only responsible for teaching. Many side tasks are taken on by teachers, including responsibilities regarding student discipline. I went to a regular Day School, so there are a variety of student temperaments regardless of gender.

There are some discipline teachers who are legends among the students of my school. Among them are sir Dol, sir Lan or sir Din. Why are they called legends ?, just look at them. Surely naughty students will run away especially for those who skip class or school.

At the time I was in high school. Around 1996 to 2002. It can be said that 20% -30% of students are morally troubled students. There is a culture of thugs, a culture of dress that is not the same as school rules and even some are willing to lose their dignity as women. Willing to fight for the sake of male students of the same standard.

The students at that time, even under the law by the discipline teacher. Definitely will not complain to their parents because later they will be punished by their parents as well. In contrast to the current situation, if a teacher punishes a student in the name of educating, he will be punished by the school for receiving complaints from the student's parents. Eventually, students become more daring to make mistakes or mistakes that ruin the future of female students.

The students, even a very thug among the students. Definitely silent when punished by a disciplined teacher like Dol. In Malaysia, at the beginning of every school session, there will be an examination session on the appearance of students during the morning assembly. Currently, for students who fail to comply with the rules of appearance such as long hair, pants that are too long and so on. Definitely a punishment from discipline teachers.

I'm not sure which time students are worse. Are students of my time or of today. Sir Dol was almost killed by an unknown suspect. Most likely among the naughty students he once punished. However, it is understood that there is no arrest or evidence to convict the suspect.

If there is no discipline teacher who performs the task with dedication. Surely more and more students are failing to be useful human beings. Why did I say that ?. This area or district, easy enough to get a supply of drugs, it becomes a factor driving criminals to commit burglary crimes. In fact, some of my acquaintances when I was in school became hardcore addicts.

Teachers definitely change, the only difference is the way of carrying out the tasks that await, especially involving students with various personal profiles, especially for students who are not self -aware. Finally bothering the people around. Whose fault is it ?, parents and friends

AKU PELAJAR PENGAJIAN MEDIA,

Walaupun telah lama aku tinggalkan Universiti Malaya, terutama Jabatan Pengajian Media, masih ada kenangan yang terpahat dalam ingatan. Pelbagai kisah tidak tercatat tetapi di coret dalam kamus hidup aku. Setelah melaporkan diri di Kolej Kediaman Ke-7, aku mempunyai tempoh 1-2 minggu untuk menentukan Subjek Major & Minor bagi melengkapkan Ijazah Sarjan Muda nanti.   Pada mulanya aku berminat pada Pengajian Hubungan Antarabangsa & Strategik sebagai subjek major.  Namun pada hari pertama masuk kelas pengenalan, lecture terus bagi assignment yang lebih fokus kepada undang-undang antarabangsa, membuatkan aku terasa takut sangat dengan beban bakal aku pikul nanti. Lagipun aku bukan dalam kategori pelajar pintar seperti orang lain. BAGAIMANA MENJADI TELEMARKETING?

Aku ingin kongsi pengalaman bekerja sebagai Telemarketing bagi sebuah Institusi Pendidikan di bandar Kota Bharu, seingat aku sekitar tahun 2008. Walaupun bekerja atas nama status kontrak, ia memberi pengalaman baru kepada aku, secara peribadi.Maklumlah budak pengajian media dari Universiti Malaya tiba-tiba jadi budak marketing. Apabila aku tamat latihan "on job training" di sebuah GLC yang base di Airports Subang pada tahun 2007. Aku mengambil keputusan balik kampung untuk menjaga ibu yang kini tinggal seorang setelah kematian abah. Aku mengambil inisiatif menghantar resume ke seluruh institusi atau organisasi yang dirasakan sesuai di sekitar Kota Bharu pada awal tahun 2008. Salah sebuah organisasi yang aku hantar permohonan terbuka telah menghubungi aku untuk hadir ke sesi temuduga yang aku tidak mengetahui apa jawatannya.
