Life after death

It's been a week since my aunt's husband died in his sleep. There were no complications of health status that may have been the cause of death. even the night before his death, my aunt's husband managed to send my cousin's husband to the clinic for emergency treatment for respiratory problems.

Although the average family member is still in a state of shock at the death. We all had to be content with what happened, no one knew that uncle was going to leave us all. Such is the reality of a human journey, whether we are ready or not. When it is time for a death, then we must accept it.

Upon completion of all the necessary processes for the burial of the body of a Muslim. Then we will be left alone in a narrow grave. Only good deeds or the reward of worship while we are alive will be our companions later. If we take care of the perfection of worship while we are still alive, then life in the grave will be good..

The reality of life, no matter how great we are in the world or while alive. When we die, according to Islam. Only good deeds will save us from the torment of the grave. Even having clothes worth thousands of dollars, when we die. Only 5 pieces of white kapan cloth for men and 7 pieces for women that wrap our bodies. Proving the splendor we possess in the world is meaningless when we die.

What we have on earth, when we die, everything will be owned by those who are still alive. In Islam, when a human being dies, only 3 things continue to be the bond between us and the world i.e. pious children who always pray for their parents. Knowledge that is beneficial to others as well as property that is donated for the benefit of others.

At that time, only the feeling of regret was present when the body was no longer alive. Even though it has been told that the world does not last forever, but the feeling of love continues to blossom in the soul so that it often forgets to plant charity to bring along. That is human nature, so it is no wonder why the dwellers of Hell are more numerous than the dwellers of Heaven.

What is experienced in the grave, that is the reality that we will experience in the hereafter. Our journey is still far away, every stop there is definitely something to look forward to. Is the reward of deeds of worship brought enough to go on a long journey after death ?.

We will all go through the same journey, maybe even the bigger one’s position on the world or the richer one is on the world. The greater the challenge or burden that awaits on the journey after death.

AKU PELAJAR PENGAJIAN MEDIA,

Walaupun telah lama aku tinggalkan Universiti Malaya, terutama Jabatan Pengajian Media, masih ada kenangan yang terpahat dalam ingatan. Pelbagai kisah tidak tercatat tetapi di coret dalam kamus hidup aku. Setelah melaporkan diri di Kolej Kediaman Ke-7, aku mempunyai tempoh 1-2 minggu untuk menentukan Subjek Major & Minor bagi melengkapkan Ijazah Sarjan Muda nanti.   Pada mulanya aku berminat pada Pengajian Hubungan Antarabangsa & Strategik sebagai subjek major.  Namun pada hari pertama masuk kelas pengenalan, lecture terus bagi assignment yang lebih fokus kepada undang-undang antarabangsa, membuatkan aku terasa takut sangat dengan beban bakal aku pikul nanti. Lagipun aku bukan dalam kategori pelajar pintar seperti orang lain. BAGAIMANA MENJADI TELEMARKETING?

Aku ingin kongsi pengalaman bekerja sebagai Telemarketing bagi sebuah Institusi Pendidikan di bandar Kota Bharu, seingat aku sekitar tahun 2008. Walaupun bekerja atas nama status kontrak, ia memberi pengalaman baru kepada aku, secara peribadi.Maklumlah budak pengajian media dari Universiti Malaya tiba-tiba jadi budak marketing. Apabila aku tamat latihan "on job training" di sebuah GLC yang base di Airports Subang pada tahun 2007. Aku mengambil keputusan balik kampung untuk menjaga ibu yang kini tinggal seorang setelah kematian abah. Aku mengambil inisiatif menghantar resume ke seluruh institusi atau organisasi yang dirasakan sesuai di sekitar Kota Bharu pada awal tahun 2008. Salah sebuah organisasi yang aku hantar permohonan terbuka telah menghubungi aku untuk hadir ke sesi temuduga yang aku tidak mengetahui apa jawatannya.
