HRPZ II

Today, my mom had an appointment at HRPZ II, an x-ray appointment to find out the true state of the mother's kidney health status. In Kelantan, Sunday is a working day, which is why HRPZ II receives visitors with such a large number. At first, the situation was a little shocking to me, there was a tick in my heart to just go home and come back in the future.

Congestion occurs in front of the entrance of the hospital administration building due to the hospital conducting health screening for each visitor. Screening covers the body temperature and health of visitors to allow visitors to register at the counter. My mother and I were lucky because the hospital gave priority to wheelchair visitors. If not, I'm not sure when the screening and registration process will be completed.

I rarely visit HRPZ II, this causes me not to know the correct procedure before seeing the relevant health specialist. There, it caused a bit of a tiring situation for me because I forgot to register before being in the x-ray section. At that time, not many visitors were in the area and only patients were allowed to be in the area. While the atmosphere in the entrance area to the registration space is still crowded. Malaysia still implements MCO 2.0 until 18 February 2021, then every SOP must be complied with including temperature screening and health of visitors in premises such as government hospitals.

The appointment process went smoothly, however the level of kidney health ma. rather alarming, requiring more careful care after this. Coincidentally, we met our neighbors who also received follow-up treatment at the same hospital. Looking at the figure of our neighbor's child who is the same age as me, makes this heart sad, it is very clear that his body size is getting smaller. what would be my fate if I suffered the same fate as my neighbor, no wife or child would accompany me.

The thing that touched my heart was that all the hospital staff involved were very kind and customer friendly. I understand this time of pandemic, hospital staff are most tired of dealing with every problem faced by patients. I am bad temper person, it is impossible to be patient as they are patient. The doctor handed over the report letter to be handed over to the specialist doctor in Ketereh later, even though I was wondering about my actual status, I always prayed that everything would be fine. I left the entrance hall immediately because the congestion was still severe, although there were complaints but it was not the fault of the hospital staff as they had to comply with the SOP as did all of us.

The atmosphere in the city of Kota Bharu is still the same despite MCO 2.0. The number of vehicles on the road, seems to be still high although travel restrictions for cross-district are still enforced. Indeed, Allah SWT has made our affairs easier today. Before we attended the appointment, various things played on my mind, my mother and I both thought of all the possibilities. Today's story ends with something exciting for mom and me.
