We are fighters

Life, when talking about life, of course our storyline is different, some have enough life for all needs, some have a life that lacks everything including love. Although there are different lives, we still have in common that we are all fighters, fighting for the sake of continuing life until the time of the end comes.

Our struggle begins when we are in the form of sperm, racing against each other to join the ovum in the womb of a human being called a mother. When we succeed, then little by little a body named human is formed. We struggle with mothers to go through more than 9 months of pregnancy. Then continue to struggle when born in this world.

Some births are quite natural, some face various complications in terms of health. The next struggle is to face the challenges from the age of one day to the point of being able to think about our own lives.

Successfully born in the world, then have to struggle how to get on with life in this world. For those born in a happy family and have it all, just need to live a predetermined life without having to think about anything. Some enjoy the lives of children with joy, some enjoy the lives of children with full struggles, earning money as early as childhood because of the birth of a poor family. Believe it or not ?, those born in a family that has everything are more likely to complain than those born in a family that lacks everything. Why ?, Affordable family would not let the children struggled to make a living with your parents while the family was poor, had to work with children in order to avoid hunger.

Example, I was born in family B40 group. Not rich and not poor but my parents were able to meet my needs, in terms of clothes, food and shelter. When I feel sad if my desires are not successful, I always remember that there are still many people out there struggling to get what my family is providing at the moment.

Although I just eat rice with eggs and soy sauce, I am thankful because that is the result obtained based on the level of struggle, while there are people who have nothing to eat even though they have fought hard.

The struggle from within the womb, leads to the struggle to pursue knowledge, then the struggle to build our own life, the struggle to build a family, with the wife and then the children and finally the struggle ends when we die. During the period of the struggle, there must be a time now to fall and rise again in the name of struggle.

I often think of looking at the homeless community. Are they lazy to fight for their lives or do they lose in the fight until finally such a fate is written for them ?. What about the struggles of patients with chronic diseases such as cancer who are fighting for the time left for them ?.

At this point, everyone is fighting against a pandemic that has not seen when it will end. But the struggle must continue even though many have lost. This week, Malaysia began to receive vaccine for Malaysians, the struggle to ensure the health of all of us is guaranteed.

Losing after fighting is different from losing before fighting. Many of us lose before fighting but there are still many who lose after fighting but the feelings are very different. It must be understood that if we lose after fighting, that means we will rise up to fight back for a definite victory. Because we know why we lose and how to win after losing. The philosophy of struggle that I understand in this life.

As Muslims, we are taught that everything that happens because Allah SWT has determined. Even if we try our best, if written destiny fails, then we fail. But do not give up because why do we live in this world ?. By striving to gain happiness in the afterlife.

Fighting because that is the goal of why we are born into this world.
